Will Haver is a founder and applied AI researcher working out of Harvard Innovation Labs. He leads Haver AI, which builds governance-grade infrastructure and clinical tooling for value-based care — in collaboration with MIT, Harvard Medical School, and the NVIDIA AI Accelerator program.

A serial entrepreneur turned healthcare AI builder.
Will is the founding CEO of Haver AI, a company building AI infrastructure for accountable care organizations and the providers working inside them. The work spans clinical decision support, governance and audit tooling, and a healthcare-tuned LLM — Harrison-1 — developed in collaboration with NVIDIA.
Before Haver AI, Will founded Haver LP, a quantitative hedge fund focused on high-frequency trading and convertible debt arbitrage. The crossover between markets infrastructure and clinical AI shows up in how he builds — fast, instrumented, and obsessed with the failure modes nobody else is watching.
He teaches and presents regularly: co-taught OpenClaw and Claude Cowork workshops at Harvard, presented research at the MIT × Mass General Brigham AI Cures conference, and was a Distinguished Guest Speaker at Columbia’s 2026 Global Sustainability Summit.
Will also serves as an advisor and board member at Marbella AI, and mentors students learning to build with modern AI tooling.
